INSTRUCTIONS:

Be sure to mark your Ballot and the place in the envelope marked “SECRET BALLOT”.  Place envelope marked “SECRET BALLOT” in the self-addressed, stamped envelope addressed to Election Judge, IBEW Local 1426, PO Box 12699, Grand Forks, ND  58208.  Ballots must be in the Post Office NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT JUNE 16, 2025.  Do not write or make any identifying marks on the ballot or the ballot envelope.  DO NOT use this envelope for dues!  Removal of the return address label will VOID your ballot!
